Carah

Physiotherapist Assistant

Carah brings a diverse and well-rounded background in health and movement sciences, with hands-on experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—as well as university and semi-professional athletes. Her expertise spans athletic therapy, physiotherapy, and personal training, providing a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the delivery of personalized exercise programs.

She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Movement Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Gerontology. This unique academic combination enables her to approach rehabilitation with a holistic, evidence-informed perspective that integrates both physical and functional aging considerations.

Carah is dedicated to supporting each patient’s recovery by promoting mobility, strength, and confidence throughout their rehabilitation process. She works closely under the direction of the physiotherapist to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Outside of her clinical role, Carah remains active in the health and sports community. She can often be found at the gym, immersed in a good book, or serving as an emergency first responder at League1 Ontario soccer matches.
