Clinic Director
Charlene successfully graduated with honours from the Occupational Therapist Assistant / Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA) Diploma Program at Humber College Institute of Health Sciences in 2012. During her training, she completed 2,500 hours of clinical experience across hospitals, private clinics, and long-term care rehabilitation settings.
In 2013, Charlene joined Pro Life Wellness Retreat as an OTA/PTA. After a few years of hands-on clinical work, she transitioned into management roles, quickly distinguishing herself through strong leadership, a compassionate approach to patient care, and an ability to effectively support both staff and clients. Her dedication led to her promotion as Clinic Manager, a role she proudly held before advancing to her current position as Clinic Director.
Since stepping into the role of Clinic Director, Charlene has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills. She excels in strategic planning, operational management, staff development, and patient relations. Her talent for analyzing complex situations, implementing efficient processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams ensures seamless clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Charlene’s strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills foster a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
As Clinic Director, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the clinic’s strategic direction, enhancing patient care standards, and driving the company’s growth. Motivated by a deep passion to help others, a drive inspired by her parents, Charlene remains committed to improving quality of life through compassionate and efficient healthcare services. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and, of course, her pets.
