Mina began her career in orthopedic physiotherapy after completing her Physical Therapy degree at Shiraz University in Iran—a field she loves and continues to practice with dedication. She has extensive experience across various physiotherapy settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home care.
Recognizing that each client is unique, Mina employs a wide range of techniques to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Her exceptional listening skills enable her to be attentive and responsive to her clients’ concerns.
Mina treats patients with various orthopedic and structural conditions such as chronic pain, acute injuries, scoliosis, sports injuries, and TMJ disorders. She also specializes in Pelvic Floor Health, addressing issues including female urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginismus, vulvodynia, diastasis recti, and coccydynia.
Her expertise extends to prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy, helping women prepare for delivery, improve prenatal fitness, ease pregnancy and delivery, and strengthen their pelvic floor postpartum while guiding them back to regular activities.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is a particular passion of Mina’s. She is committed to breaking the stigma around pelvic health by educating and empowering clients, many of whom are unaware that treatment options exist or feel too embarrassed to seek help. Her goal is to enhance clients’ quality of life by helping them reconnect with their pelvic floor and optimize their health and function.
Mina has specialized training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Complex Care Physiotherapy, and Orthopedic Physiotherapy. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach that treats patients holistically.
When not working, Mina enjoys spending quality time with her family, swimming, and listening to music.
