The physiotherapist will assess how your body moves, functions and understand the root cause of your symptoms.
• Your therapist will explain what they found and what is causing your symptoms
• A detailed treatment plan will be provided and explained
They will discuss how often you should come for treatment, depending on your condition and goals. Some people need regular sessions in the beginning, while others might only need occasional check-ins.
