Float therapy involves lying effortlessly in a specialized tank filled with warm water and over 1,000 pounds of dissolved Epsom salt. The salt makes you float naturally no effort required. The water is heated to skin temperature, and the environment is free from light and sound, creating a peaceful, meditative space. It's like pressing pause on the world for an hour.

What to Expect

Your float session lasts 60 minutes in a private room with your own float tank. You can choose to float in complete darkness and silence, or with soft lighting and gentle music it's all up to you.

Before your session:

-Shower to remove oils and products

-Avoid caffeine and heavy meals.

During your session:

- Lie back and let go.

-You’re fully supported by the saltwater.

You’ll emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply refreshed.

Is It Safe?

Yes. Float therapy is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for most people. The water is filtered and sanitized between each session, and you’re always in control you can exit the tank at any time. If you're pregnant or have medical conditions, please check with your doctor before floating.
