When you join our Yoga studio in Scarborough / Markham, you will walk into a calming, relaxing and beautiful environment. Our classes are small with a maximum of 8 people which allows your visit to be more hands on with your Yoga Instructor.

In terms of clothing, shorts or leggings are a good choice for both genders. They also allow you to see knee and hip alignment a bit easier in the mirrors. Tank tops, T-shirts, crop tops are always a good choice.

We recommend not to eat any large meals 2-3 hours beforehand. There are a few twisting postures that will feel uncomfortable on a full stomach. Hydration is essential before, during, and after a class. You should drink at least 1-1.5 litres of water before your practice. But stop an hour or so beforehand, you don’t want to be running out to use the toilet. After the class, stay hydrated. We offer refreshing fruit water before and after your visit.

We are located at 2250 Markham Road, Unit 3 ( border of Scarborough and Markham ) . Our main intersection is Markham and Finch. You can’t miss us. We are located in the plaza with the McDonalds and Lindt chocolate. We have lots of free parking and the closest bus stop is right in front of the plaza.

We recommend getting here 15 minutes before your first class so we can show you around and meet the Yoga teacher. They’ll tell you the best spot to stand in the class so you can see them. This also gives you a chance to tell them about any injuries you may have.

You will need to bring a mat and a towel. To stay hydrated, you might want to bring a water bottle as well. We also provide rental mats and towels if needed. Our facility has lockers and change rooms. If you need to store your personal belongings in our locker rooms, you must bring your own lock. We do not allow personal belongings in the Yoga room hence why we encourage you to bring your own lock for your locker room.
