We offer a range of classes for every body and every schedule:

  • Vinyasa Yoga-A dynamic flow connecting movement to breath.
  • Yin Yoga-Deep, longer-held stretches for flexibility and calm.
  • Power Yoga-Build strength, endurance, and heat with strong poses.
  • Restorative Yoga-Full-body relaxation using props and breath.

No experience needed—just bring yourself.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours).
